
Acrystal Prima is an easy-to-use solvent-free acrylic polymer composed of an acrylic emulsion and a powder based on mineral crystals.
It can be used in sets, replicas, models, prototypes and models and also for coating of expanded polystyrene (porexpán or porrex)

PIGMENTS:
Acrystal can be mixed with any water-soluble pigment. In the case of liquid pigments, they shall be applied to the liquid component while the powdered pigments shall be added to the Basic Crystal powder component.
MOLDS:
Silicone is the ideal mold for Acrystal, the absence of solvents and exothermic reaction the mold will be able to extend its useful life up to 50 times compared to reproductions made with polyester resins.
UTILIZATION (between 17 and 20ºC)
- 8/10 min without retardant
- Up to 90 min with retardant
