Completely redesigned, Ed H2.0 is composed of a special high density plastic that can withstand the rigors of mold manufacturing and years of continuous use with little or no wear.
Not only is Ed H2.0 incessantly reusable, but mold manufacturing has never been easier. Just sculpt your character on the shape and make your mold, and this is where the magic comes into play:
RAD (Radiant Assisted Demold) Technology ™ provides an easy and integrated clay release system that dramatically aids in the shedding process for artists and mask manufacturers using wax-based professional clay.
Each enhanced RAD head shape becomes, in effect, a hot water container that efficiently transfers radiant heat from inside the shape to the surrounding clay, causing a softening effect within the mold.
Molds made on RAD-enhanced shapes can be demoulded quickly and easily, resulting in a vastly improved mold manufacturing experience. When you are ready to demould, simply rotate the mold with the bottom facing up, unscrew the included insertion bottle cap and fill the head with hot water. In a matter of minutes, radiant heat will begin to penetrate the clay and mold for the easiest molding experience you've ever had.
