Plaster (plaster) isArquero a derivative of calcium sulfate indicated for the manufacture of dies in the Ceramic Industry, models that require a very high hardness, casting of figures, countermolds and is even ideal for imitation of marble.
It is one of the hardest plasters on the market, its low water/gypsum ratio, drying speed, extraordinary hardness and water resistance, give it properties not achieved so far.
Recommended where very high surface hardness and extreme precision in dimensions, such as in matrices and models, is required. Ideal for the manufacture of prototypes replacing the epoxy, phenolic and polyester resins used for this purpose.
MIXING: We recommend the gypsum/water ratio below. Working with less water increases the resistances, but the time available for emptying will be shorter.
Pour the plaster into the water (never the other way around), let it moisten and knead for about a minute, beating gently and evenly to prevent the formation of air bubbles. Containers must be clean.
It is important to keep water and plaster in a temperature environment within the mentioned range before using them.
The higher the water temperature, the shorter the setting time.
STORAGE: In dry places on wooden battens, separating the different rows from each other and from the wall so that the air can circulate freely. This way the plaster can be stored for months while retaining its properties.
