Plaster of very high resistance and low absorption. It does not produce efflorescences (salt output).

It has one of the lowest expansions available on the market. Its setting is gradual and has a long period of plasticity.

Recommended where very high surface hardness and extreme precision in dimensions, as in matrices and models, are required. Ideal for the manufacture of prototypes replacing the epoxy, phenolic and polyester resins used for this purpose.

Preparation of the mixture.

Weigh the plaster and water for each mixture. The water-gypsum ratio is a critical factor, as it depends on the final strength and density of the part.

Use drinking water at a temperature between 21o and 38oC as variations in the temperature of the mixture (water-gypsum) can cause changes in setting time.

It is important to keep water and gypsum in an environment with temperature within the range mentioned before using them.

The higher the water temperature, the shorter the setting time.

Slowly and gently empty the plaster into the water. Soak for 1 to 2 minutes. The plaster must be completely dispersed in the water before mixing it. Small amounts of gypsum require less wetting time than large ones.
