Exaduro gypsum (plaster) is a derivative of ca'lcico sulfate indicated for the manufacture of models that require high hardness and dies in the Ceramic Wax and Figure Casting Industry.
MIX: We recommend the plaster/water ratio indicated below. Working with less water increases the resistances, but it will be short the time available for emptying.
The plaster is poured into the water (never when it is reve's), left to moisten and knead for about a minute, beating gently and evenly to prevent the formation of air bubbles. Containers must be clean.
It is important to keep water and gypsum in a temperature environment within the range mentioned before using them.
The higher the water temperature, the shorter the setting time.
STORAGE: In dry places on wooden track, separating the different rows from each other and the wall so that the air can circulate freely. Thus, the plaster can be stored for months while retaining its properties.
