Plaster of very high resistance and little absorption. It does not produce efflorescence (salt output).

It has one of the lowest expansions available in the market. Its setting is gradual and has a long period of plasticity.

Recommended where a very high surface hardness and extreme precision in the dimensions, as in matrices and models, is required. Ideal for the manufacture of prototypes replacing the epoxy, phenolic and polyester resins used for this purpose.

Preparation of the mixture.

Weigh gypsum and water for each mixture. The water - gypsum ratio is a critical factor, since it depends on the final strength and density of the piece.

Use potable water at a temperature of between 21 ° and 38 ° C since variations in the temperature of the mixture (water -year) can cause changes in setting time.

It is important to keep the water and plaster in an environment with temperature within the mentioned range before using them.

The higher the water temperature, the shorter the setting time.

Slowly and gently empty the cast into the water. Soak it for 1 to 2 minutes. The plaster must be completely dispersed in the water before mixing. Small amounts of gypsum require less wetting time than large ones.
