The Poly 74 and Poly 75 urethane rubber series are urethane rubbers that offer higher performance than normal.
Poly 74-45 cures at room temperature without appreciable shrinkage. The mixture is very comfortable and is done in equal parts in volume.
It is not necessary to extract the air by vacuum hood and the resulting molds have a very high production.
Poly 74-45 works especially well with pigmented or colored concrete (concrete), in molds made with Poly 74-45 reproductions will have accurate and uniform colors.
These rubbers are commonly used in the following applications: concrete casting, sculpture and casting, architectural reproduction and restoration, carpentry and ornamentation, candle making, industrial applications, craft and hobby applications, theming, and much more.
Plaster and wax can usually be molded into polyurethane molds without any release agents, but most concrete mixtures and polyurethane resins require a suitable release agent (e.g., Pol-Ease ® 2300 Release Agent).
