Polygel® 35 is a brushable urethane rubber thanks to its thixotropy. It mixes and applies very easily by mixing its two components A and B equally in volume, so you don't need to use a scale.
After a few minutes of mixing, the Polygel® 35 will be ready to be applied on a vertical surface with the help of a brush or brush. After reaching a suitable thickness (several layers) the Polygel® 35 is left to heal for 16 hours and will result in a virtually shrink-free, flexible and durable mold.
After adding a fiber, putty or plaster countermould, the mold will be suitable for straining materials such as wax, plaster, polyurethane, epoxy or polyester resins, cement, etc.
Polygel® 35 is also suitable as a coating of materials that want to be given some flexibility and resistance.
IMPORTANT: It is necessary to use a release agent to strain almost all materials, unlike silicone, urethane molds adhere to the casting material.
