Feropur PR55 WHITE -White Polyurethane Resin-

FEROPUR PR55 WHITE is a fast two-component white colored polyurethane that hardens at room temperature to work by casting. The product consists of a colorless resin(polyol) and a yellowish colored hardener(isocyanate), both uncharged.

FEROPUR PR55 WHITE offers excellent flowability, easy hand mixing and viscosity adjustable by simply adding more or less filler to achieve the required level of reproduction fidelity. The qualities of the product are its rapid hardening and easy machining of the hardened material.

FEROPUR PR55 WHITE is commonly used for the reproduction of parts in silicone molds, negatives, mock-ups and prototypes.

Take the precaution to shake the resin strongly in order to homogenize it before use. Mix the exact quantities of each of the components and proceed to cast the resin in the mold.

One of the advantages of FEROPUR PR55 WHITE is its reaction speed, which implies a very short working time that compensated with its low viscosity allows obtaining serial parts with the use of less number of molds.

For its use with filler, add the desired amount in each of the components and disperse it adequately before mixing. Mix the two loaded components in the right proportion and homogenize the mixture. Strain into dry molds.
