The Skin Illustrator Slow Activator is made with a similar blend of Ethanol and Isopropanol(Isopropyl Alcohol)as the normal Activator. This slow version allows the artist more working time when makeup with Skin Illustrator palettes. It is especially indicated when working conditions (heat) cause the trigger to evaporate faster than normal.
It's not 96-degree alcohol, although you can perfectly use this type of pharmacy alcohol to activate the popsicles, the Skin Illustrator Slow Activator has a softer fragrance and is so aggressive to the senses.
A small spray with the Activator spray and the color will be ready to be applied to brush or sponge. The activator evaporates immediately after the makeup is applied, leaving this fixed in a semi-permanent way.
