The BROW PALETTESKIN ILLUSTRATOR is a small five-color alcohol-based makeup palette perfect for filling eyebrowsor creating and reshaping eyebrow lines. Colors can be easily applied with a brush, sponge or mascara applicator. Use it alone or mix the colors with any of the other shades ofSkin Illustrator to create your own 
unique color combination.
NOTE: Due to the high pigment content and lack of unnecessary fillers in the Skin Illustrator color system, cracks, bubbles, and any shrunken appearances that may occur in some dry color cells do not affect the quality or performance of the product in any way.
Skin Illustrator ink palettes have incredible coverage and strength. The colors of the palettes are activated with Skin Illustrator Activator or with the Slow ActivatorSkin Illustrator and have spectacular staying power.
The colors of the palettes are also activated with a spray or a little Isopropyl Alcohol or IPA (99%) or with but never use 70º alcohol, MEK, acetone or water.
Skin Illustrator is easily removed with Telesis Super Solv or the Telesis Makeup Remover
