EASYCLEAR is atwo-componenttranslucent silicone elastor grouper(parts A and B) that cures at room temperature, the base (part A) has the appearance of atranslucent viscousliquid l iídothat, after the additionof the EASYCAT-20 catalyst (part B),is transformed intoanacidicmaterial. It has exceptional fluidity and good operability.
EASYCLEAR is recommended for the application of molds for plaster castings, Polyester Resin, Polyurethane Resin, Epoxy Resin, Fiberglass, Wax, Soap, Bronze, etc.
Being a type of soft silicone rubber with low viscosity, it is suitable for molds with complicated gaps that are difficult to mold.
Given its translucency it is perfect for block molds or as a material for pieces of hyperrealism.
instructions:
1- Prepare the box for the mold and the original.
2- Set aside 100 parts of the base (Part A) and add 5 catalyst parts (Part B) to mix both parts very well until a homogeneous mixture is achieved.
3- Pour the silicone pour into the box or apply to brush if it has been previously thixotropiced.
NOTE: Low hardness silicone is normally used for casting molds, as it allows for better pulling and thus does not damage the original.
